You have seen it and hear it from many people, is very important to develop self confidence and have a strong self esteem, you should never see your self less that anybody else, you have strong capabilities that you can not even imagine yet.

Many people think that they are not capable of achieving more, that they have big limitations, however i can tell you right now, that you have not even begin to approach your limitations. If you failed to achieve a goal and you didnt give a 110% of your effort you have not even tried.

I want to tell you some self confidence boosting tips, but first let me tell you a little story, there have been many successful people that have failed hundreds of times before achieving a single success, but then the rewards were immense, most people give up at the second try, the light bulb was invented after a thousand tries, can you imagine if that guy had gave up at the hundred try?

So how can you improve your self confidence? Some useful tips that you should practice are:

Emphasize your strengths, focus on what you can do good or great, you have abilities and you can develop more, focus on them and not on your limitations.

Take risks, talk to your self any time you have negative thoughts and change them to positive thoughts. You should not let negativity or fear conquer you, they are usually false fears that are just in your mind.

self evaluate yourself, dont compare your self with other people, there is no point in that, every person has different strengths and limitations, you are good at some things that other people are not good at.

Try to improve your self every day by pushing your self a little bit more, set clear goals of what you want to achieve and how you want to achieve it. Manage your mind, dont let your negative thought create negative feelings you can change it and commit to success, this way you are going to be more confident and successful at anything you do.
