How to Overcome Low Self Confidence |
I remember the bad times when if felt so lonely and no one understand me, my friends gave me the back and in the University i was having a bad time with grades and to the point being kick out. It was really frustrating i had a really low self confidence, but i needed to go on and i wanted a better life.
Even with the low self confidence that i had and nobody other that my parents to support me i faced my problems, i kept going and achieve my goals at the University. That really made me regain my self confidence and think that i could really achieve anything that i put my effort on.
There are various things that you can do overcome your low self confidence. A lot of people have this problem but it can be conquer.
First take a step back and ask your self why, what is that is causing you such a pain that you dont feel capable of achieving anything by your self.
To treat a low self esteem really depends on each persons situation, there can be multiple situation that could be affecting you at this moment or in the past. But there are some basic things that you should do.
For example use visualization in your favor, people with success and determination use visualization to gain that strong feeling of being able to achieve anything they want. What you should do is take 5 to 10 minutes an day, find a quiet place, sit comfortably, close your eyes and breath deeply. Now picture in your minds eye all that you want to achieve, all that you want to do and that you want to become.
Once you have done this exercise you will feel more confident of taking action for your goals. Visualization lets you see you reality in the future and transfer those feeling to your mind.
You can conquer a low self confidence if you take action to your goals and picture in your mind how you are conquering that fear or problem. Dont stay alone, find people tell them your dreams, tell them how you are going to overcome your problems and make them part of your challenge.
