How to build Self Confidence |
Let me ask you something, what does it mean for your to have a low self confidence or esteem? do you have fears, phobias or you are just going through bad situation? Sometimes we dont understand that everything that we do in life, everything we think, everything we accept, do or avoid is simple in our mind.
If you can control your thoughts and believes you can have all the confidence you can possible want. The problem is that we dont know the source of our fears and how to face them.
Do you want to know the best antidote to fear? well its simple, just do it. Whatever you fear the most and you want to avoid just do it and you will understand that the situation is not as difficult as you though and the more you do it the less fear your have and you will conquer self confidence.
There is something else that every person with self confidence have and you can have it too. Every self confidence person have strong values, beliefs an faith. If you have strong values then no matter what you do or if you make mistakes people will admire the power and force with in you to do what you have to do to achieve your goals.
There are different ways that people face lack of self confidence, some people have just a strong fear of something and they dont know what to do about it. But other people have such a low self esteem that they dont feel capable of doing anything by themselves, they feel the need of someone else to do it for them.
Every person have the same value no matter where you live, you circumstances, race, age or anything. In life you will face treason and there will be people that will want to take you down, but you know what, what they cant take down is your beliefs and values. You can stand up again and focusing on positive thoughts do whatever you want to do.
Now stand up do something good for someone else and follow your values to do what you want. Problems are just the obstacles necessary to conquer your dreams.
